For professional & independent caregivers

The app that makes your work visible.

Your work is careful, skilled, and often invisible. WellTended keeps the visit, care details, and family update in one clear record — so what you do is easier to understand and carry forward.

One shift, one clear story

A record that follows the work.

Keep the practical details together from arrival to handoff, without turning a human visit into a stack of paperwork.

Arrive

Start the visit in a tap.

Clock in and record the visit location when that is part of the care arrangement.

Care

Keep the day’s care together.

Vitals, medications, daily-living support, tasks, and outcomes stay with the visit record.

Handoff

Write the report people can use.

Turn the shift details into a plain-language summary for the people authorized to follow the care.

Close

Leave with the record complete.

Clock out with the hours, notes, and visit details ready for the next conversation.

Professional proof, described honestly

Useful records. Clear limits.

WellTended helps organize information about a visit and your professional profile. It does not replace your employer’s, payer’s, or state’s requirements.

Visit details and EVV support

Clock events can include a one-time location record and service-address comparison. That is not continuous tracking or a guarantee that a visit meets every payer rule.

A credentials wallet

Keep credentials together and use the public NPI Registry lookup where applicable. An NPI match is not the same as license verification.

Hours and payroll exports

Bring recorded hours and pay-period totals into an export for your agency or your own books. Review it before relying on it for payroll.

The human part belongs in the record, too

Let the work be seen without making care feel clinical.

The Impact Receipt reflects the care documented during the shift. Thank-yous from families can sit beside the practical record, because competence and connection are both part of the work.

“What you did today mattered.”

An example of the recognition experience — not a customer testimonial.
